Heartfelt Healing Centre is the place to go to select your level of Yoga classes to participate in and begin benefiting from a yoga practice that is geared to your ability. Many participants have continued with Judy since they first started with her.

Judy Dougall has been instructing Yoga since receiving her Certification at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica in 2002.
