During the Covid-19 Outbreak, we remain OPEN" for business at Lifetime Water Products Canada Inc. As a Water Treatment Company providing clean drinking water", we have been classed as an ESSENTIAL SERVICE" by the Provincial Government. We are, however, operating on a reduced scale and schedule. Our office phone lines are open normal business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. We ask your patience and please leave a message if you happen not to get through right away. Our office is open, but we respectfully ask that people limit contact if possible and practice all Covid-19 protocols, including physical distancing. We are shipping all systems, filters, parts and accessories almost" as per normal, North America wide. We are available for field/on-site service on customer equipment for repairs and regular maintenance. We will be responding to customer requests for service AND pre-scheduled service on an urgency/type basis. We appreciate your patience as we learn to navigate this new and unknown climate.
