Kaitlyn: Kaitlyn Schmidt has been at Innovative for one year now! She graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Interior Design in 2015. With her past experience in paint and her knowledge from school, Kaitlyn is great at choosing the perfect flooring to match your home. Kaitlyn is at Innovative Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Catherine: Catherine Swance has been with Innovative Flooring for sixteen years. Her artistic flair and creativity has proven to be a great asset to the company. She enjoys finding the exact product to suit the customers dreams and expectations of the perfect flooring for their home. Catherine, who is enjoying semi retirement, is at Innovative part time Tuesdays and Thursdays.
