Kaitlyn: Kaitlyn Schmidt has been at Innovative for one year now! She graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Interior Design in 2015. With her past experience in paint and her knowledge from school, Kaitlyn is great at choosing the perfect flooring to match your home. Kaitlyn is at Innovative Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
