8 cups a day? How much water do you really need? Here is an easy formula to determine your individual hydration needs:
Multiply your weight by two thirds. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, two thirds of that is 100! This is the amount to consume in ounces.
Also, add 12 ounces of water for every 30 minutes you workout.
